ScoutRex was founded on a simple belief: the hiring system is broken, and the best fix isn't automating the old way. It's rethinking everything from scratch.

Making talent discovery faster, fairer, more human

Generative AI broke CV screening: optimised resumes now pass any ATS regardless of real skill. ScoutRex replaces unverifiable filtering with evidence, measured skills and signals that link who you hire to how they actually perform.

The problem we're solving

AI-written CVs flood every ATS, so resume filtering no longer reflects real ability. Recruiters drown in ‘qualified’ applicants while genuine skill stays invisible.

How we're different

A multi-agent AI system screens, assesses and communicates end to end, coupled to a causal layer that links pre-hire signals to post-hire performance. Assessment follows DIN 33430 principles for job-related aptitude.

An end-to-end talent intelligence infrastructure: JobRex for candidates who want to be found for the right roles, and HireRex for hiring teams who screen faster without lowering the bar. One AI layer, no resume black holes.

Started in Europe, built for the world

ScoutRex is currently in a funding and grant-readiness stage. HireRex and JobRex are in technical testing, with the core workflows being prepared for pilot validation with HR partners, job seekers, and employment-support organisations.

The company has not yet been formally registered and has no commercial customers or revenue yet. Our current focus is product validation, responsible AI design, and preparing the strongest possible foundation for funding.
