When a skill gap is detected during the probation period, TempRex automatically assigns a targeted LearnRex course to help the Temp improve before the next evaluation month.

Auto-Reopen on Exit

If a Temp leaves or is not confirmed at any point between month 1 and 6, HireRex automatically reopens the position and begins sourcing the next screened candidate. Zero manual work.

Milestone check-in meetings between the Temp, host company, and ScoutRex are scheduled automatically. AI coordinates availability and sends reminders to all parties.

Clean Transition or Clean Exit

When month 6 arrives, TempRex generates the final recommendation report. A confirmed hire triggers a smooth handover to the company's own contract. A declined hire triggers a new search.
